This 4-week program that will provide an introduction to basic Chinese grammar and conversation. Study of pronouns/proper nouns, frequently used verbs, practical phrases, greetings, time and other words commonly used with Chinese guests. This course also includes a concentration on basic Chinese behavior tied in with a cultural perspective on customer service expectations.
This 4-week program will begin by exposing employees to the Japanese culture with a variety of cultural examples and the proper etiquette relating to customer service. Employees will learn practical phrases, greetings, directions and other words and phrases commonly used with guests from Japan. Having a basic understanding of the Japanese language and culture will help employees enhance their ability to provide exceptional quality service to guests from Japan.
This 4-week program will introduce conversational Japanese. Members will further explore Japanese grammar and creating their own phrases. Learn self-introductions, talking about hobbies and daily routines, making plans, describing people, objects & places, verb conjugations, and much more.
