ONE-DAY COURSE (7 Hours)

Intimidated by technology and computers? We’ll get you feeling comfortable and secure covering the important basics: safely browsing (searching the internet); sending/receiving email; and creating, saving and printing simple documents.

This program is ONE FULL DAY ONLY, and covers most of the topics in the 4-week program, just not quite as in-depth.

This is a beginning-level course focusing on the basic structures of academic writing at the sentence and paragraph level. Students will also be introduced to the basics of English grammar using a variety of written and oral exercises and tasks.

This course is for beekeepers wanting to build their hive equipment. Langstroth Hive and Top Bar Hive plans will be covered in this class. Carpentry skills are helpful bu not mandatory. Tool and shop safety will be addressed in the first session.
