This program is ONE FULL DAY ONLY, and covers most of the topics in the 4-week program, just not quite as in-depth.
Chinese (Mandarin) Level 1: Basics for Hospitality
This 4-week program that will provide an introduction to basic Chinese grammar and conversation. Study of pronouns/proper nouns, frequently used verbs, practical phrases, greetings, time and other words commonly used with Chinese guests. This course also includes a concentration on basic Chinese behavior tied in with a cultural perspective on customer service expectations.
Korean Level 2: Beginning Conversational
This 4-week program continues the study of the Korean language. Learn new phrases, vocabulary and gain a deeper understanding of Korean grammar. This course is an introduction to conversational Korean.
