Culinary: Online ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification
This in-depth online ServSafe® course is designed for food handlers and managers in the food and hospitality industries. The course will highlight the many benefits that safe food handling offers for facilities and their guests. This course leads to a National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® certification.

Entrance Requirements / Prerequisites
You will need high-speed internet access to begin your program. You will need access to a Microsoft® Windows® based computer running Windows® 7 or later or an Apple® Mac® computer
Culinary: ServSafe® Food Handler Certification
The Food Handler certification is a 3-hour course that covers basic food safety such as personal hygiene, time and temperature abuse, cross contamination, cleaning and sanitizing, and more.
This certification also satisfies the state requirement that one trained person be present in any food service opearation at any given time.

Or already there but want to learn more and get certified?
Learn Nutrition, Food Safety, Fundamentals of Cooking including knife skills, moist and dry cooking methods, stocks, soups and sauces, basic pastry and baking, and much more. This online training program allows you to study on your own time through the state-of-the-art Rouxbe platform.
New cohorts will begin every other month. For those of you on Oahu, there will be in-person graded performance demonstrations as well. If your on a neighbor island, no problem, we’ll have you send in pictures of your work for grading. Contact us for details and the next start date.
